Park Slope Townhomes

This project consists of 31 townhomes surrounding a nearby hillside while avoiding encroachment into an on-site wetland. The buildings were further broken down into smaller clusters of buildings to better complement the neighborhood’s residential scale. Simple modern forms were combined with traditional cement-board siding to create a builder-friendly project which appeals to the newer inhabitants of Beacon Hill. A common use recreation space at the south end of the project includes a dog walk / play pen and picnic areas.
