Yesler Terrace Addition

This existing “clinker brick” style home required a high level of attention to detail when a new master bath was added. The building’s gracious exterior eaves were lovingly replicated to blend in the new addition with the existing building, while inside a contemporary but refined aesthetic complemented the existing trim and interior detailing to the extensive master bedroom and top floor remodel*.
