Mercer Island Residence

This existing home presented a unique challenge in bringing differing architectural styles together in a remodel / addition. The result was a warm, inviting, and unified building aesthetic created by residing the home in cedar and adding significant amounts of windows towards the view opportunities. Project highlights included a new 16 foot sliding glass door onto the deck addition to take advantage of views of Lake Washington and Seattle, and new glass railings rebuilt at all exterior spaces to maintain views.
