F Street Residence - Custom Prefab
This 2,200 sf house is designed in modular components for offsite fabrication. The main house is connected to a parallel wing consisting of a master suite over a one car garage. The master suite is configured to allow to function as an accessory dwelling unit within the residence, allowing for privacy from the main residence. The basement is to be constructed onsite with ICF concrete formed walls to increase energy efficiency.
