Elford Remodel

This Northwest Mid Century Modern home is nestled in the Broadview neighborhood in northwest Seattle and originally designed by architect Theo Damm. The proposed scope of work includes an upper floor master suite addition and main floor remodel in order to expand upon the mimimally-sized 1950's era kitchen and dining nook and other improvements such as updating the windows to current energy codes.
