Bothell Remodel

This addition to an avid gardener's home included an expanded plant start room and storage for lawn equipment in addition to the two-car garage. The expansive site allowed for the single-level addition immediately adjacent to the house's existing street access. The addition's scale was mitigated by accenting the hallway and mudroom with a bay window on the street-facing facade.
