Bellevue Remodel

The focus of this design centered on maximizing aesthetic impact within a limited construction budget for this remodel / addition. All exterior siding was replaced, a new entry roof with overhanging eaves, and dormers modernize the home’s feel as well as blending areas of remodel with the existing home. A new master bedroom with partial mountain views was added while a new gourmet kitchen and expansive family room provide the new central focus of the living spaces.
