Sunset Hill House - Custom Prefab

This 2,000 sf house is designed in modular components for offsite fabrication for a homeowner in the Sunset Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Three differing schemes are proposed. The first two schemes incorporate an attached site built garage while the third scheme detaches the garage from the main house allowing for a detached studio space with access off the alley.
