Lake Farm Guest House

The client’s gradual necessity for live-in caregivers led to a unique response – providing a new living quarters for the client who would surrender her home to the caregivers in order to live in a smaller space. The program called for simple, composed, highly detailed and efficient quarters, as influenced by the client’s long-time residence in small, intimate spaces. The result was a miniature cabin, one which was set apart from the existing residence but overlooking the 10+ acre private wetland and nature reserve.
