Sound View Apartments
The Sound View Apartments were constructed to take advantage of their site, boasting views of Puget Sound from all four residential levels as well as the exterior courtyards with over three-quarters of the parking provided in a secure, subterranean garage. The buildings are composed around two common open space courtyards, each with private recreation spaces. The project is targeting Built Green certification.
