The Park Place occupies a prominent corner site surrounded by fir trees near Redmond Town Center. The exterior landscaping reflects a residential scale with respect to adjacent multifamily apartments as well as a nearby park. Ground floor units are connected to the streetscape via walk-up entries. A large common amenity room with external barbeque flanks the central, west facing courtyard. All unit interiors are adorned in modern appointments with Energy Star appliances to complement the targeted Built Green certification.
