Park Place Apartments

The Park Place Apartments (now the Delano) occupies a prominent corner site surrounded by fir trees near Redmond Town Center. The exterior landscaping reflects a residential scale with respect to adjacent multifamily apartments as well as a nearby park. Ground floor units are connected to the streetscape via walk-up entries. A large common amenity room with external barbeque flanks the central, west facing courtyard. All unit interiors are adorned in modern appointments with Energy Star appliances. The project was awarded a one-star Built Green certification in November, 2010.
