Mastro Properties: A Portfolio of the Northwest

The bankruptcy of Mastro Properties came as a surprise to many in the region given their expansive involvement in real estate over the years. At the highpoint of Grouparchitect’s design involvement with Mastro Properties, we had over a dozen projects under development at any given time. The following is a comprehensive list of projects in which we were the architect. In total, we designed over 2,050 units of multifamily and single family housing for them with a combined construction cost of over one third of a billion dollars.
