Leilani Square
Leilani Square takes its name from the site’s previous occupant, the Leilani Lanes bowling alley. The large site is bounded by a wide range of adjacent uses and scales, necessitating a multiple-building response to reduce bulk and scale as well as to provide ground level open space. Walk-up units occupy the western building’s ground-level frontage while live/work units along the north and retail unit opportunities allow the project to respond to the commercial nature of Greenwood Avenue. All unit interiors are adorned in modern appointments with Energy Star appliances to complement the targeted Built Green certification.
