How fundamental becomes personal
We create meaningful spaces by articulating the composition of elements within the context of the time and space we live, work, and play in. The making of architecture is the collaboration of a group - owner, architect, and builder. A meaningful space need not be complicated, but it is invariably the simple execution of a well considered design.
Grouparchitect focuses on creating these concise, specific solutions by taking a comprehensive approach to the project. We attain this goal by listening to our clients and working with their ideas to achieve their dreams. We work as a cohesive project team to make each project, great and small, a beautifully designed and well functioning space. Our approach to balancing the requirements of every project is supported by an ongoing process of dialogue, one that unfolds over time throughout the duration of the project. By balancing these influences and desires in our environment, in conjunction with all participants who contribute to the project, only then can we create a harmonious composition of its individual elements.
How we became
Grouparchitect began in 2003 with an initial focus on providing project-oriented, client focused, efficient solutions to a wide variety of commercial clients. Our practice has evolved to include all shapes and sizes of projects without compromising personalized service. Small residential remodels and additions to custom homes, commercial and mixed use buildings, and nonprofit development are encompassed within our portfolio of clients and projects
Who the group is
Grouparchitect was created by Brian Palidar and has grown to include a wide range of generalists and specialists who contribute to making all projects a success. Our current personnel range from licensed architects and project managers, to IT staff and Culinary Consultants. We tailor our project teams to each client and project - contact us with your project and we will introduce you to the people who will make it come to fruition.
