The Phinneywood Remodel is a remodel to a 1900 era Phinney Ridge-Greenwood-Green Lake residence. Over the years, the home had been renovated with the times and used as a long term rental, resulting in some dated finishes in poor condition. The majority of the home was restored to its original condition, included refinishing all existing trim and hardwood floors and restoring existing plumbing fixtures, lighting and hardware. A 1950s kitchen was gutted and reconfigured into a modern kitchen on a modest budget. Cabinets are by Ikea as the homeowners provided the majority of the labor.

The Bothell Remodel is an addition to an avid gardener's home including an expanded plant start room and storage for lawn equipment in addition to a two-car garage. The expansive site allowed for the single-level addition immediately adjacent to the house's existing street access. The addition's scale was mitigated by accenting the hallway and mudroom with a bay window on the street-facing facade.
