Project Updates

Townhomes

We’ve added a new section to our site to feature some of our townhome projects including the recently added Queen Anne Townhomes as well as Sunrise Manor, Park Slope and the Northshore Townhomes.

Lake Forest Park Remodel

This rambler on a large, secluded lot became the focus of a number of updates to existing infrastructure. The kitchen and family rooms were updated with modern finishes and the laundry room has been expanded to include dog washing amenities and extra storage. In the bedroom wing, the bathrooms will see a complete reworking to create a true master bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Redmond Remodel

This interior remodel carves out a new much needed bedroom out of an existing tandem garage space. In addition, the adjacent powder room was converted into a three-quarter bathroom, creating a new guest suite and bathroom directly off the main living space. The loss of garage storage was accommodated by creating low storage below the new bedroom and vertical storage on the new back wall of the garage.

BantamBox Cottage

This detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) is designed to meet the city of Seattle’s new zoning regulations allowing for backyard cottages in residential zones. The design allows for a variety of architectural styles within the same modular design. Designed for prefabricated construction while still adaptable to site built construction, the modules can be arranged in multiple configurations ranging in size from 280sf to 500sf. Majority of interior elements and finishes including entire kitchen and bathroom can be factory built. Features include spray-foam wall insulation and compact appliances for increased living area and high-efficiency fixtures.

Prefab

Another new section on our website features some of our prefab projects. Our backyard cottage, the BantamBox Cottage, is available as both a plan set or as a prefabricated turnkey cottage installed on your property. Contact us for more information about building a DADU in your backyard.
